Blueprint Boys

Who We Are

Blueprint Boys is a mentorship and youth development initiative created to support Black boys as they grow into confident, responsible, and purpose-driven men. We believe exposure, guidance, and consistent mentorship can change the trajectory of a young man’s life.

Our mentors serve as role models, listeners, and leaders—meeting youth where they are while helping them see who they can become.

Our Mission

Our mission is to break generational cycles by providing Black youth with positive male mentorship, life skills education, and a safe space to grow emotionally, mentally, and socially.

We aim to build confident young men who are equipped to lead themselves, their families, and their communities.

Our Impact

Through structured mentoring, group discussions, and real-life skill building, Blueprint Boys focuses on:

• Improving self-esteem and self-awareness

• Encouraging accountability and positive decision-making

• Building healthy masculinity and emotional intelligence

• Strengthening community connections

• Preparing youth for adulthood and leadership
